I've been a dedicated coach and educator for over a decade. I use a unique blend of modern science and time-tested ancient practices that leverage the power of personalized coaching through 3 pillars: Movement, Nature and Lifestyle, which when combined forms MO-NA-LI Health.
I'm a strong proponent of using a multi-disciplinary approach to help educate individuals and groups on skills for improving movement challenges, relieving pain, improving energy, cognitive performance, stress management, and exploring the edges of what makes each of us "tick".
I've worked with CEOs, entrepreneurs, athletes, and motivated individuals like you to improve both your physical health and connection to your personal vision. Moving online, I've been fortunate to connect with individuals across the country, Europe, and Australia.
